What is a doula? A doula is a trained, non-medical companion who assists a woman before, during, and after childbirth. A doula provides support and advocacy, mediating between the woman and her maternity-care providers. They also serve as advocates and a ‘voice’ for the mother if she feels she needs it. As a certified doula, I provide continuous physical and emotional support to expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy, labor, and childbirth. I offer personalized guidance, comfort, and encouragement, ensuring that women feel empowered and supported during this transformative experience.
What Doulas Do ?
Sometimes called childbirth attendants, Doulas provide emotional, physical, and educational support to expecting mothers or those who have recently given birth. They stay with the mother throughout labor and may perform home visits after the baby is born. Doulas offer encouragement, advice, and comfort to new mothers.

Sacred package $500 Deposit (Doula Care) includes
- Free consultation via phone/ video
- Includes initial in-home visit/video chat
- Unlimited access to doula via phone, text, emails
- 1 backup doula included
- 32–37-week in-home doula prenatal visit
- Birth planning session, phone/video
- Spinning Babies intro.
- Educational support, and referrals
- In-person personalized labor support, physical presence, emotional support, advocacy, and partner support
- Breastfeeding support (if applicable)
- Postpartum visit within the first 2 weeks
Sacred Knowledge package $500 Deposit (Doula Care + 5-hour Comfort Measures Class) Includes
- Free consultation via phone/ video
- Includes initial in-home visit/video chat
- Unlimited access to doula via phone, text, emails
- 1 backup doula included
